FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHERE AND WHEN IS THE CONCERT?
Springfest will be held on Saturday, April 7th on McCarthy Quad. The Quad will be open at 5:00 PM when vendors and food trucks begin service.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO SPRINGFEST?
It is best to arrive as early as possible, as we will stop letting students onto the quad once we have reached capacity.
WHAT TIME DOES SPRINGFEST END?
Springfest will end at 11pm.
DO I NEED AN ID TO ENTER SPRINGFEST?
Yes, all students must present a USC ID that has been registered through this ticket link.
I DON'T THINK MY ID REGISTRATION IS WORKING, WHAT DO I DO?
Please follow these steps when registering your USC ID: Visit https://myrecsports.usc.edu/ and click login at the top of the page. Select “sign in with USC NetID” (it’s in the red bar), then scroll down and select the membership icon. From there you will select Springfest 2018. Add this to your cart and checkout, then you will be registered and ready to go to Springfest!
CAN I BRING GUESTS TO SPRINGFEST?
No, Springfest is open to USC students only.
CAN I BRING A BAG into THE QUAD?
No bags of any kind will be allowed. The only exception is small clutches or purses the approximate size of a hand are allowed.
AM I PERMITTED TO ENTER AND EXIT MCCARTHY QUAD DURING SPRINGFEST?
No. Students will not be able to re-enter McCarthy Quad. There will be plenty of bathrooms, water stations, and food for sale on the Quad.
WILL I BE ABLE TO BUY FOOD ONCE I AM INSIDE OF THE VENUE?
Yes, there will be a variety of food trucks at Springfest for you to buy food from.
HOW DO I COP SOME DOPE SPRINGFEST MERCH?!
You get free Springfest merch by participating in one of our three ping pong tabling events the week before the festival. We will also be handing out merch on the day of, depending on what we have left.
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED AT SPRINGFEST?
- NO drugs/paraphernalia, electronic cigarettes or alcohol of any kind
- NO weapons of any kind
- NO loud noisemakers of any kind
- NO professional cameras, video cameras, or audio recording devices
- NO chairs of any kind
- NO laser pointers
- NO backpacks or large purses/bags of any kind [See above mentioned bag rule.]
- NO skateboards or bicycles
- NO outside food of any kind
- NO outside drinks or containers holding liquid of any kind
- NO drones or selfie sticks
- NO containers (including empty water bottles)
